Shop Priming
If you intend to paint your windows inside and out, we can undercoat them in white primer prior to final assembly in our factory. This will ensure all surfaces are sealed and will extend the life of the timber.
Stair Treads
We can machine solid timber treads for your steel-framed stair cases. We’ll machine out the back of the treads so they sit easily over the steel mounting plates. please note: stair treads are only available in raw timber, supplied loose. Supply only.
Timber Reveals
While still in our factory, we can machine and pre-fit reveals to your frames thereby reducing your work on site. Alternatively, we can machine the reveals and nosings with tongue and groove and supply loose.
Bench Tops
We can manufacture raw, solid timber bench tops in Tasmanian Oak, Merbau and Jarrah. These can be supplied raw and loose, or we can incorporate your bench top into a sliding or bi-fold servery window.
Skirtings & Architraves
We offer solid timber skirtings and architraves machined in many different sizes and profiles. We may need to arrange for cutters/tooling to be made if a particular match up is required and we don’t have the correct tooling on hand.
Gable Vents
We can manufacture traditional gable vents fitted with fly wire behind. These not only provide a ‘classic’ look but ensure very good roof ventilation.
